"Toulouse renting"
1. We should have an indication on the right Bluetooth code to get. There is no link between the code itself and the car. Several Bluetooth codes appeared and it was difficult to know which one was the correct one. Thus I lost time.
2. There is no transparency on the price to be paid. If I am correct, the initial price was 110 euros when I booked the car, and finally I had to pay 180 euros. How is the difference generated? How can I get some information on how the invoice is computed?
Same bad surprise when I rent a car from a big “rent a car” company. Are they some hidden costs…?
3. We should have a sort of geolocalisation assistance to be able to drive the car at the same place where we picked up the car the very first day. I tried to find it back, in vain. Would have been easier to park it at the same place. But when you don’t know the area perfectly (like around Toulouse’s airport), I was a little bit lost…
4. When the car is parked just in from of a wall or some trees, it is impossible to make pictures of the front of the car.

"Cheap to hire."
It was cheap here to hire.
However the additional mileage price was too expensive and doubled my booking cost. Refuelling the car added another 100% of initial booking cost.
Would suggest to increase the free mileage.
Was slightly dirty in the inside from the previous user, but the owner did not charge me anything for it.
Car was nice to drive overall.

We has a good experience with the car. Easy to drive and comfy. A bit dirty from the previous user but nice owner who understood the situation and makes things easier! I would book this car again.

Getaround did make it simple, but beware of owners (especially rental type companies, private individuals are great), they will try to find fake costs to charge you.
